The Przeworsk Commune, located in the Przeworsk County of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, radially surrounds the town of Przeworsk and has an agricultural character. The history of the commune dates back to August 1, 1934, when a collective commune was established, incorporating the previously existing individual communes. The commune underwent multiple reorganizations, which included its division into smaller administrative units called *gromadas*. In 1954, as a result of an administrative reform, the Przeworsk Commune ceased to exist and was replaced by *gromadas*, some of which were later abolished and merged with others. In 1973, the Przeworsk Commune was reinstated in its previous form. The demographics of the commune in 2014 presented a diverse age pyramid of its residents. Neighboring communes include Białobrzegi, Gać, Jarosław, Kańczuga, Łańcut, Pawłosiów, Przeworsk (town), Tryńcza, and Zarzecze. The Przeworsk Commune is a place with rich architectural, cultural, and historical heritage, reflecting the local agricultural tradition and community. An interesting aspect is the complexity of its administrative reorganization, which illustrates the dynamic development of the region over the decades.
