Włocławek Commune, located in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, is a picturesque administrative unit with a rich history and diverse natural resources. It covers an area of 219.92 km², dominated by forest land (49%) and agricultural land (33%). The commune has a rural status, and its seat is the city of Włocławek, which was the capital of the Włocławek Voivodeship from 1975 to 1998. In 2004, it was inhabited by 6,371 people, and by 2022 the number had increased to 7,379 residents, indicating the commune's dynamic development.
