wikipedia
The Bielice Palace, located in the Kożuchów municipality in the Lubuskie Voivodeship, is a site with a rich history dating back to the late 18th century, when a manor was first mentioned at this location. The current palace was built between 1865 and 1867 on the initiative of the von Rosenegk family and is an example of Neo-Gothic architecture. Its two-story structure, designed on a rectangular plan, stands out with numerous projections, a clock tower with crenellations, and decorative cornices and friezes. The façades feature high stepped gables, and the ceremonial entrance is located on the eastern side. The palace was surrounded by a landscaped park designed by gardener Scholz, which enhances its aesthetic appeal. After World War II, the palace underwent various transformations, serving as office space and housing for employees of the State Agricultural Farm (PGR), and for some time, it remained uninhabited. Currently, the palace is owned by Australian artist Jim Gatsby, who has given it a new cultural role. His daughter Sandra, a sound engineer, has established a modern recording studio, "Studio 100%," in the building's cellars. Thanks to its historical and architectural value, as well as its new cultural functions, the Bielice Palace is an interesting attraction for visitors.
