The Kashubian Little Tricity, known in the Kashubian language as Môłi Kaszëbsczi Trójgard, is a conurbation of three towns: Wejherowo, Reda, and Rumia, located in Wejherowo County, northwest of the Tricity (Gdańsk-Sopot-Gdynia). The history of this regional cooperation began in 2001 with the establishment of the Association of Municipalities of the Kashubian Little Tricity, which aims to foster socio-economic development and integration among these towns. Wejherowo, as the largest city and the seat of the county, plays a key role in this urban ensemble. Architecturally, the area is characterized by a diversity of styles, ranging from historic tenement houses and heritage churches to modern investments and recreational architecture. Wejherowo is particularly known for its Baroque Franciscan Monastery and the Marian Sanctuary, which attract pilgrims and tourists. Beautiful parks and green areas, such as the Municipal Park in Wejherowo, provide pleasant recreational spaces. Culturally, the region is dynamic, with diverse events, festivals, concerts, and local traditions reflecting the rich Kashubian heritage. Numerous initiatives promoting Kashubian culture and language also take place in these towns. The history of the Kashubian Little Tricity dates back to the Middle Ages, adding further charm to these places. Interestingly, the area is a popular choice for those seeking proximity to the sea while enjoying the tranquility of life in smaller towns. The integration of the three towns into one conurbation enhances their attractiveness and supports the development of the local community. As of December 31, 2021, the population of the region was several tens of thousands, making the Kashubian Little Tricity an important point on the map of Pomerania.
