It covers an area of 228.886 km², with an additional buffer zone of 263.12 km². The park includes areas belonging to several municipalities, including Busko-Zdrój and Pińczów, where the park's management headquarters is located. The centerpiece of the park is the Nida River, characterized by a diverse landscape, including oxbow lakes, meanders, and floodplains that create wetland and marsh areas. Within the park, the Pińczów Ridge stands out, known for its steep slopes and flat plateau, as well as karst landforms that are unique on a national scale. These include caves, sinkholes, karst lakes, and grikes in Gorysławice. The area also features gypsum outcrops that form fascinating rock cliffs. The Nadnidziański Park is home to nine nature reserves, such as Góry Wschodnie and Winiary Zagojskie, which protect the diversity of fauna and flora as well as valuable ecosystems. The park is a place of great natural, cultural, and historical significance, captivating visitors with its rich natural beauty and picturesque landscapes that attract nature lovers and tourists alike.
