The Parish of the Most Holy Savior in Warsaw, part of the Archdiocese of Warsaw and the Śródmieście Deanery, was established in 1911. The church, built at the beginning of the 20th century, is distinguished by its characteristic architecture, elements of which have survived historical turmoil, even though the building required reconstruction after wartime destruction. In 2006, the church was granted the status of the Sanctuary of Our Lady – Mother of the Savior, highlighting its importance as a place of worship. The parish runs diverse pastoral activities, including the Academic Chaplaincy "Sandał," and supports youth and families through various initiatives and counseling services. Throughout its history, the parish has been served by notable pastors, such as Fr. Prelate Roman Rembeliński, Fr. Prelate Marceli Nowakowski, and Bishop Wacław Majewski, who contributed to its development and activities. An interesting fact is that the parish not only serves as a place for Mass but also fulfills a cultural role, offering residents and students a space for meetings and spiritual growth.
