Toruń II Deanery

The Toruń II Deanery is one of 24 deaneries in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Toruń, and its history dates back to the time when it belonged to the Diocese of Chełmno based in Pelplin. Changes in the diocesan structure took place on March 25, 1992, when the deanery was incorporated into the newly established Diocese of Toruń. Its current form was established at the turn of 2001 and 2002, meaning that the adaptation and reorganization of local structures were aimed at better spiritual and administrative service to the faithful.
