The Mrągowo Lakeland is a physiographic mesoregion located in northeastern Poland, in the central part of the Masurian Lake District. Covering an area of approximately 1,830 km², this region features diverse terrain with a meridional system of eight glacial troughs filled with lakes. It is part of the young glacial uplands and borders various mesoregions, such as the Sępopol Lowland to the north and the Great Masurian Lakes region to the east. The area is home to numerous lakes, including Sasek Wielki, Łęsk, and Białe, which account for about 5% of the lakeland's total surface. The southern part of the mesoregion is richly forested, creating picturesque landscapes, and its highest points exceed 200 meters above sea level, with the peak elevation reaching 221 meters.
