Trzcianka Deanery

The Trzcianka Deanery, part of the Koszalin-Kołobrzeg Diocese within the Szczecin-Kamień Metropolitan Archdiocese, consists of 11 parishes, each with unique architectural and cultural features. The Parish of All Saints in Biała stands out for its traditional sacred architecture, attracting history enthusiasts. Dzierżążno Wielkie, with its Parish of Our Lady of the Rosary, is an example of regional religious buildings that cultivate local traditions. Jędrzejewo also has a Parish of Our Lady of the Rosary, highlighting the significance of this devotion in the area. In Krzyż Wielkopolski, there are two parishes: the Sacred Heart of Jesus and St. Anthony of Padua, representing architectural styles ranging from Neo-Gothic to Baroque, and serving as venues for numerous local ceremonies and festivals. Kuźnica Czarnkowska, with its Parish of St. Francis Xavier, captivates visitors with its natural surroundings, while Siedlisko Czarnkowskie, home to the Parish of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, is known for its historical plebiscites and traditional events. Trzcianka features two significant parishes: Our Lady of La Salette and St. John the Baptist, which play a central role in the social and spiritual life of the community. Wieleń, with its Parish of St. Roch, serves as a local cultural hub, hosting numerous events and festivals, and Żelichowo, with its Parish of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, is rich in traditions, preserving centuries-old rites related to Mary’s birth.
